Cucumber, Lemon, and Basil Water
Ingredients:
1 liter Cold Water1 Lemon
¼ Large Cucumber Sliced
10 leaves Fresh Basil
Direction:
Pour the cold water into a suitable sized jug or pitcher. Juice half the lemon and slice the other half into thin rounds. Mix both into the water. Then slice the cucumber into thin rounds and add to the water along with the basil leaves. Give it a stir.Add ice if you wish and enjoy.
Apple cinnamon detox water
Ingredients:
One gallon water (filtered or bottled)3-6 Apples
6 Cinnamon Sticks
Preparation:
Bring water to boil and than reduce heat to simmer.Core and slice your apples – Try to slice them as thin as possible!
Add apples and cinnamon sticks to your simmering water.
Simmer 15 minutes. Let stand and cool.
Strain water into glass pitcher.
Refrigerate and start enjoying
Strawberry basil water
Ingredients:
10 fresh, whole strawberries2 lemon wedges
Freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon
Handful of fresh basil leaves
Directions:
Start with one gallon of purified water (room temperature is fine). Combine the other ingredients in a glass container, stir gently with a wooden spoon, and refrigerate for three to four hours to allow all ingredients to mingle. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients:
cucumber, thinly sliced2 inches fresh, peeled ginger root
2 lemon/lime wedges
10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
Pinch o salt
Direction:
